Wineries · tasting rooms · DTC · wine clubs

Your tasting room is the hero. Your bottles aren't.

A full winery redesign on your domain — $499. You own it. Free working preview in 24 hours, before you commit a dollar. From $79/mo for ongoing changes by email.

No credit card. We email a real, live preview — not a mockup PDF.
The problem

Most winery sites are from when you only sold bottles wholesale.

Tech sheets, awards, a winemaker's bio. None of it answers the only two questions today's buyer has: can I visit, and how do I join the club?

— Three patterns we see across most winery sites.

01
pattern · winery A

Bottles in the hero spot.

Four PDP-style bottle shots above the fold. The tasting room appears on page 3, "Visit Us" in 11pt grey type.

02
pattern · winery B

Club enrollment, invisible.

The line item that pays your mortgage doesn't appear in the navigation. A footer link, if you're lucky.

03
pattern · winery C

Commerce7 grafted on as an iframe.

Shop page looks like a different website. Different fonts, different chrome, different decade.

The product · what we ship for wineries

Visit-first. Club-second. Bottles third.

FIG. 02"BENCH 41" — SAMPLE
01 · Tasting room hero

Above the fold: the room, the hours, the booking link.

Visitors plan a Saturday trip in 90 seconds. We surface tasting flights, prices, and Tock or Commerce7 reservations on the first scroll.

02 · Club, in the nav

"Join the club" sits next to "Visit."

Three-tier card layout, shipment cadence, member events, the dollar value of a member-vs-walk-in spelled out. Honest math, not marketing breathlessness.

03 · Commerce7 / WineDirect, native

Your cart looks like your site, not a 2014 iframe.

We integrate the SKUs, prices, and inventory directly. State-shipping rules and TTB compliance stay where they are; the customer never notices.

04 · Mailing list, alive

Your list is the second-most valuable thing you own.

A real signup, segmented at intake (visit / club / wholesale / press), synced to Klaviyo or Mailchimp. We don't run your campaigns; we make sure the list grows.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How fast, really?
A working preview at a your-site.preview.rileyand.co subdomain inside 24 hours. Domain handoff (Express $499) inside 3 business days. No discovery call required.
Does it integrate with Commerce7?
Yes, natively. We pull your SKUs, prices, inventory, and club tiers, and we render them in your site's chrome instead of an iframe. Cart sessions, member login, and reservation booking all use Commerce7's backend. WineDirect, the same.
Can I run my wine club from this?
No — and that's a feature. Club fulfillment stays in Commerce7 or WineDirect, where it belongs. We do the part those tools are bad at: showing the club, selling the club, and signing members up without three clicks of friction.
What about my mailing list?
We segment at signup (visit / club / wholesale / press) and sync to Klaviyo or Mailchimp on every new subscriber. If your list is in a spreadsheet, we'll migrate it once for you on the way in.
What if I'm DTC only — no tasting room?
Then the hero is the club, and we move the visit module off the homepage entirely. The pricing, the integrations, and the email-changes model are identical — only the layout shifts.
What if I want to leave?
You own the site outright — the source, your inventory feeds, all of it. If you ever want to host elsewhere, we'll zip up the full Astro repo and email it to you the same day. You keep what you paid for; we keep doing what you're paying us for.
