Venues · estates · barns · ballrooms · gardens

Your venue is for someone's most-photographed day. Your website should reflect that.

A full venue redesign on your domain — $499. You own it. Free working preview in 24 hours, before you commit a dollar. From $79/mo for ongoing changes by email.

No credit card. We email a real, live preview — not a mockup PDF.
The problem

Most venue sites are a photographer's old portfolio template.

Beautiful imagery, no operational information. Couples leave to find a venue whose site tells them what a Saturday in October costs.

— Three patterns we see across most venue sites.

01
pattern · venue A

No dates, no pricing.

Hidden behind a contact form. The couple already left to check the next venue.

02
pattern · venue B

Inquiry flow buried.

The "Inquire" button is the same weight as "About the owner's dog." Honeybook never gets the form.

03
pattern · venue C

Built like a portfolio.

A grid of pretty pictures with no narrative, no capacity numbers, no map.

The product · what we ship for venues

Venue first. Numbers visible. Inquiry, frictionless.

01 · Venue-as-hero

Your space, full-bleed, full-stop.

The first thing a couple sees is the room they're imagining their first dance in. Not your logo. Not your story. Not a stock photo of rings.

02 · Dates & pricing

Saturdays from $11,500. October–May.

Seasonal pricing on the page. Booked dates struck through on the availability strip. Couples self-qualify before you ever see the inquiry.

03 · Honeybook-direct

The "Inquire" form is three fields. Then it's in Honeybook.

Name, date, headcount. That's the form. Submission lands as a Honeybook inquiry with your usual template firing. No copy-paste.

04 · Mobile-first

Couples plan on their phones at 11pm.

Loads under a second. Pinch-zoom gallery. One-thumb inquiry. The form survives an iOS keyboard.

Venue gallery

A real venue, gallery and all, coming soon.

We don't stage fake venues. As soon as a real wedding venue ships with us, their ceremony, cocktail hour, long table, and dance floor land here — the full multi-section gallery as it appears on their live site.

Inquiry flow · 3 fields, full stop

The shortest path from "interested" to your Honeybook inbox.

Long forms feel like effort, and effort kills inquiries at 11pm. Three fields, then auto-routed into your Honeybook intake with your existing template firing on submit.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How fast, really?
A working preview at a your-site.preview.rileyand.co subdomain in 24 hours. Domain handoff (Express $499) inside 3 business days. No discovery call required.
Can you handle seasonal pricing?
Yes. Saturday-vs-Friday-vs-Sunday pricing, peak vs shoulder vs off-season, hard-priced or "from $X." Updates by email — "raise October Saturdays to $13k" arrives by tomorrow morning.
What about my photographer's photos?
We use what you send us — Dropbox link, Google Drive, AirDrop, whatever. We re-encode for the web (you keep the originals) and credit the photographer in the footer by default.
Does it integrate with Honeybook?
Yes, directly. Your inquiry form lands as a Honeybook inquiry with your existing automation firing. Aisle Planner, Dubsado, and Tave work the same way. If your tool isn't on the list, we'll wire it up; if we can't, we'll send the inquiry to your inbox with a clean template instead.
What if we book direct (no planner)?
Then the inquiry form is your CRM. We surface availability, tour-booking, and contract status without a third-party tool. Email-in, email-out — the same model we use for changes.
What if I want to leave?
You own the site outright — the source, your photos, all of it. If you ever want to host elsewhere, we'll zip up the full Astro repo and email it to you the same day. You keep what you paid for; we keep doing what you're paying us for.
